An exceptional experience during our stay at Chalets Nebesa was a trip with Miha Rustja, who gathers wild plants and herbs for the restaurant Hiša Franko and Ana Roš, one of the best chefs in the world. Miha is a true treasure trove of knowledge about wild and edible plants and a sincere and steadfast advocate for sustainable coexistence with nature. Under the overhang of a rock, he built a fire and prepared an omelette with eggs and the plants we had gathered, and we toasted with crystal-clear water sourced from the top of that very rock. Authentic and unforgettable!
